‣Please contact me first before making any purchases
‣Prices for personal and streaming use are the same, no extra payments will be charged.
‣You must not claim the artwork as your own. You do not need to credit me but it is appreciated.
‣Merchandise Rights is NOT included. That has to be paid for separately.PAYMENTS
‣100% payment upfront before the start of all illustration commission.
‣Vtuber model art 50% of the payment is upfront which is non refundable.
‣ All payments will be done via PaypalREVISIONS
‣Max: 2x revisions after sketch approval
‣Max: 1x color revision(s)
‣Once completed, no revisions given.

‣Progress after approval will last from 1-2 weeks and can last up to a month for illustrations. Vroid and Live2D's can take 4-6 weeks. Progress will be updated as often as possible.
‣Delays and adjustments to the project timeline will be informed by the artist.
‣Deliverables will be sent VIA Discord, google drive folders, dropbox or g-mail.
‣I do not accept uninformed rush requests. Please discuss it with me prior orderingREFUNDS
‣You're able to cancel your commission request and get a refund. However the 50% down payment will not be refunded.
‣Once commission is completed or nearly completed, no refunds will be issued.

‣Lack of communication (i.e ghosting) is not recommended [you will be given 1 week to reply to my messages, unless you state otherwise, you will be considered a cancelled client.]

‣The artist reserve the right to display works in an online and offline mediums (unless requested otherwise)CLIENT RIGHTS
‣Personal use refers to display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization which includes banners, profile pictures, posts, prints.
‣Client must not edit or modify the work without prior permission from the artist.
‣Client can not resell parts or whole of the commission. Assets given away, the new owner must also adhere to this rule.

- I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commissions.
- You understand you are being sent a digital product that is not shipped. You will receive a temporarily downloadable file through a google drive link to your social media or e-mail of choice.
- I require to work with commissions that either have a decently long deadline or none at all.
- Any personal information that may be shared during the transaction process will be kept strictly confidential.PAYMENTS
- Commission prices are in USD (United States Dollar)
- Payments must be made through Paypal or Square using an invoice. Payments made elsewhere will not be valid.
- Commissions without a payment plan must be paid in full before work begins.
- Refunds will not be available after commission completion. Partial refunds may be available based on the amount of work done. If a refund is requested within 24 hours of paying the invoice a full refund will be issued.REVISIONS
- There are 3 revisions for free that are required to be done during the drafting("sketch") stage if needed. Any changes or additions added after this will be subject to additional charge.
- Significant additions requested after we have discussed original commission details will be subject to extra charge. This includes significant additions requested during the drafting("sketch") stage. Significant additions for example can be wanting to add a weapon when it wasn’t mentioned during the initial commission discussion.Commission Usage
- Live2D commissions do not require an additional commercial fee unless it is from an established company/non-indie group or used for merch.
- Illustration and PNGtuber model commissions do not require an additional commercial fee unless it will be used on merch.
- Do not claim you created any of the work. Credit me as Skiyoshi on your social media or streamer panels or credit section. A clickable link would be preferred.
- I reserve the right to use completed commissions as work samples for my portfolio. If you require an NDA there may be a fee.

You can specify what format you want me to conform my writing to. If you aren’t sure/don’t have a preference, I can show you an example of how I intend to format your project and you can let me know if that’s acceptable. The files I send you will be .docx unless you request otherwise.SOURCING
For research projects, I will cite my sources. If you have specific guidelines you want me to follow when it comes to sources or any questions regarding sourcing, please let me know in advance.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
If there’s a deadline, let me know ahead of time, and I'll say if I'm capable of meeting it. Otherwise, I’ll give you an estimate of when I should be done, based on what you want and my schedule.REVISIONS
No limit within reason. If it gets to the point where it seems like I’m not capable of producing what you want, then we can discuss that.RIGHTS
Crediting me is preferred, but not required. Let me know ahead of time if this is a ghostwriting project though, because if it isn’t I might cite it as an example of my work in the future.I retain full ownership of my work until you have completed full payment. Upon payment, the work is yours to do as you please. You can use it for commercial purposes, and you have the right to make any adjustments to it you wish (although, as stated above, I will provide revisions if requested).

How do I commission an artist?
To commission one of our artists you'll need to join our Official Discord and make a request through #Commission-Artist and you will be placed in contact with your requested Artist.Do I need to have a reference?
It is recommended to have a reference, or an imgur board of your ideas. Some of artists even offer help with character designs. You can also use sites like Picrew.me to try to create a sort of reference.Do I need to have the full payment up front?
Although we recommend 50% up front, it really depends on the artist you wish to commission.Is _____ Artist's Commissions open?
Our artists post in the discord when their art is open or closed in their portfolio section._____ Artist's commissions are closed, what do I do if I want to commission them?
If you are a part of the discord server you can assign a role to be notified when any or all of the Artist's commissions are open.What if I don't have discord?
Most artists have alternative ways to contact them you can find that information on their twitter. However with the changes to twitter and discord, this seemed the easiest and quickest way to get in touch with the person you are trying to commission.Will the other artists see my request too?
Technically yes, but once you are put in touch with your artist, the other artists do not bother with it.I want to get X commission done by a certain artist but they dont have it listed, what do I do?
You are welcome to still put in a request and you can ask. They have a right to say no, and we ask you respect that, and dont pressure them. Consider another artist at that point.Can I join the Virtual Palette group?
